Skinny Rosé was released in 2014 to great acclaim. It has been featured in Vogue, Tatler, Harpers Bazaar, Marie Claire, GQ, OK, Hello, Daily Express, Daily Mirror and they all raved about the wonder that is Skinny Rosé. The Daily Mail wrote a very fine review of it here
Earlier this year, it was chosen as the best low calorie wine by the Evening Standard
There are only 275 calories* in the entire bottle - that is the same as the number of calories in a large glass of red wine! This hand-crafted non-dosage pink fizz has wonderful red berry flavours - strawberry, raspberry and red cherry - that not only tastes great, but is better for you. Finally there is a lo-cal option that doesn't taste of cardboard!
Skinny Rose is a Premier Cru champagne and is made in the same village where Dom Perignon invented champagne.
Skinny Rosé (or G. Tribaut Skinny Rose de Reserve Extra Brut Premier Cru NV to give it the full title) has taken the UK by storm. Following many recent press reports about the high levels of sugar in our diet, we have worked with Valerie Coudrain at the Tribaut vineyard to develop something that is more than 30% lower in calories than standard champagne - without the need to lose the essential sweetness of a rose champagne.
And before you ask, it still has the same alcohol level of normal champagne at 12%! What's not to love - only 275 calories in the entire bottle and 12% alcohol?!
